    This place has a fine indoor pool, a unique spa experience, and beautiful beach access via an underground tunnel. We particularly loved the sea view from our spacious room. Special thanks to Mr Fethi and Moutia for their really good care!

    Very well decorated place, I liked competent personnel.

    I was given well furnished and well stocked room with great view and balcony. The breakfast was great and sensational with lots of products. The location of the hotel was comfortable - around 10-15 minutes walk from Casino Veneziano. Furthermore, the area was good.

    Why I'm torn on this

    The front office team delivered stellar service with special thanks to Karim who made everything enjoyable. The spa experience was a highlight, offering really good massages that left me rejuvenated.

    The check-in process was frustrating and poorly organized, leading to unnecessary confusion and an unexpected charge that dampened my experience.

    location: the hotel was near to the center, have totally shut down, and the restaurant and bar. the room was extremely spacious and perfect with nice bathrooms and balcony, as for instance and the location was favourable. i didn't want to leave and will choose it for sure for next trip.

    The hotel has beautiful decoration throughout its premises.

    The customer service was disheartening. The check-in process was unnecessarily prolonged due to a misunderstanding regarding room reservations, which left us confused and frustrated. Despite assurances from staff, the confusion about our accommodation led to a charge for an extra room that should not have applied, and I felt obliged to pay it amidst the disorganization. I was further disappointed when attempts to discuss this matter with different employees only left me explaining my situation repeatedly.

    The breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from. My room was spacious and had a lovely city view from the balcony. The hotel is the perfect spot to soak up some sun, and the staff were genuinely friendly.

    Friendly staff was nice, while the excellent pools just a two-minute walk from the beach added charm. The variety at breakfast was good. Clean and spacious guest room with a lovely balcony view contributed to an overall fantastic experience. Can't wait to return!

    Had a lovely time with a spacious room and a nice balcony view. The spa treatments like the full body massage and the steam room were just what I needed to unwind. Just a heads up, the TV apps were a bit iffy, but it didn’t ruin the fun! 🌊

    great spa experience but expensive dining options

    Especially Karim, provided really good service. The cleaning staff added a personal touch to my room. I enjoyed a fantastic massage at the spa, really good and a highlight of my trip. The sea view from my room was amazing and added to the overall experience.
